Hello and welcome to The Art to Survival! If you meant to be here then huzzah, you’ve found it! If you’ve stumbled here by accident, well, keep reading anyway. You never know, you might find something you like.

I am a copywriter, content creator and blogger focusing on all things mental health and wellbeing. My aim is to normalise the conversation around mental health and make it a topic that people aren’t afraid to be a part of. I also want to make people aware of all of the different kind of help there is available; it’s not all about talking therapies and medication, there’s also holistic healing, aromatherapy, acupuncture, art therapy, music therapy and many, many more that I couldn’t possibly list!

Feel free to have a browse and if there’s anything you’d like to know more about, jump over to the contact page and send me a message.

Content Creation

Words are so powerful and we don’t always realise how much of an effect they can have. The wrong message can put people off and send them somewhere else and we don’t want that!

Training for Blog Writing

If you want to write your own blogs but don’t really know how, then let me help you get started. We can work together so you can learn how to create quality content again and again.

Mistakes happen to the best of us, so having a second pair of eyes to check things over can prevent any annoying (or embarrassing) mishaps.

Blog Writing

A really good blog for your business can touch so many people but I do recognise that some people feel like they aren’t good at expressing themselves on paper or simply don’t have the time.

When it comes to first aid, we all know where to go for a plaster or a painkiller. But what about your mental health? What do you do when you need something to help that?

Give someone a hug, it’s good for you!

🔹Hugs can reduce stress.
🔹Hugs can make you feel supported.
🔹Hugs can make you feel happier.
🔹Hugs can help reduce your fears.

Although, it is always important to remember that some people don’t like being hugged so ask permission before you go grabbing people. It’s a little thing that can make a world of difference.
