This is where I talk about anything and everything that has even the slightest thing to do with mental health and wellbeing, as well as pouring out my soul for all to see, which is frankly, quite terrifying. BUT if I want to spread the word and raise awareness of mental health issues then it only makes sense that I ‘walk the walk’ as they say.
