Feeling tired has pretty much been a constant for the past twelve years. I think I’ve uttered the phrase “I’m so tired” so many times it’s losing all meaning. The fatigue does have it’s uses however by giving me blog ideas in the middle of the night. Silver lining and all.

Knowing you need help and asking for are some of the hardest things you can do. But when you do, it really does make a world of difference.
Depression – It’s a bit crap really.

Survival – Cue the music…….
Survival. A primal instinct that allows parents to lift cars off their children and others to put one foot in front of the other when they’ve been beaten down. It’s what makes you nauseous and your heart start to race when you’re anxious.
It’s what keeps you alive.
