Hello and welcome to The Art to Survival! If you meant to be here then huzzah, you’ve found it! If you’ve stumbled here by accident, well, keep reading anyway. You never know, you might find something you like.
I am a copywriter, content creator and blogger focusing on all things mental health and wellbeing. My aim is to normalise the conversation around mental health and make it a topic that people aren’t afraid to be a part of. I also want to make people aware of all of the different kind of help there is available; it’s not all about talking therapies and medication, there’s also holistic healing, aromatherapy, acupuncture, art therapy, music therapy and many, many more that I couldn’t possibly list!
Feel free to have a browse and if there’s anything you’d like to know more about, jump over to the contact page and send me a message or pop a comment onto one of the blogs. Do show them a little love, they get lonely sometimes!
Content Creation
Words are so powerful and we don’t always realise how much of an effect they can have. The wrong message can put people off and send them somewhere else and we don’t want that!
Blog Writing
A really good blog for your business can touch so many people but I do recognise that some people feel like they aren’t good at expressing themselves on paper or simply don’t have the time.

Proofreading
Mistakes happen to the best of us, so having a second pair of eyes to check things over can prevent any annoying (or embarrassing) mishaps.

Training for Blog Writing
If you want to write your own blogs but don’t really know how, then let me help you get started. We can work together so you can learn how to create quality content again and again.

Netflix and Chill. Wait, what??
Netflix and Chill. The phrase means many things to different people and has certain, associations, that some of us may not have thought about. Me, I mean me.
Myalgic Encephalo-whatnow??
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. Two big words that are the bane of my life. Alas, I can’t get rid of them so you might as well know what it’s all about. Read on for all the ins and out of dealing with M.E.
Covid-19 – ‘Don’t stand, don’t stand so, don’t stand so close to me.’
Aah 2020. The year that brought us Covid-19. The pandemic that has brought us both simple joys and crushing devastation. Not really in equal amounts because there has been much more devastation than joy, but we have to try and find the bright sides or what was it for?
